SOO- Stratford & Area Softball Invitational

 ‘C’ & ‘D’ Softball Invitational


Date:              Saturday, August 24, 2013 (rain date: Sunday, August 25, 2013)


Where:           Anne Hathaway Park, corner of Downie and Simcoe Streets, Stratford, ON


Time:              Registration 8:15 am; Opening Ceremonies 8:45 am; Games begin at 9:00 am; (and will continue through until approximately 4:00 pm)


Cost:              $15 per athlete


Rosters:        Communities may register more than 15 athletes per team.  Game line-ups must include a minimum of 10 athletes and are limited to a maximum of 15 athletes.  Only athletes and coaches registered with SOO are permitted to participate.


Lunch:           Lunch will be provided for all registered athletes and coaches (and will be available for purchase (while quantities last!) by others attending the tournament).


Registration Deadline:  August 9, 2013


The following must be received by the Tournament Chair on or before August 9, 2013:


1.         Entry fee cheque (made payable to SOO - Stratford & Area).

2.         A copy of the current Sport Club Verification Report (for each team being registered) with all participating athletes and coaches indicated.

3.         Team contact information (i.e., names, phone numbers (home & cell), e-mail addresses).
